L: Annie’s (it’s Teag’s favourite!)
S: Honey Lime enchiladas

Thursday
B: Whatever Rich wants to make
L: Leftovers
S: Crockpot santa fe chicken

Friday
B: Cereal
L: Soup and Sammies
S: Sesame Peanut noodles

Saturday
B: Whatever Rich wants to make!
L: Leftovers
S: Pizza

Sunday
B: Cereal
L: Out
S: Out

 

Weight!

This week has been filled with non-scale victories.

Fitting into pre-Teagan pants.

Being able to keep up in spin class.

Pushing myself in my TRX class.

(excuse the crazy messy hair, I had just finished a crazy Hit/TRX class)

I can’t wait to keep going with my classes!
