It’s been a busy week here.
Week 1 measurements were
weight: never weighed myself
Week 1 goal was to walk 5kms. COMPLETED!
Week 2 goals:
drink 2 litres of water a day*
try a new healthy recipe. I’m thinking this
week 3 goals:
drink 2 litres of water a day
This week I drank 2 litres of water a day, which is why I think I lost 6 pounds.
Not sure why it didn’t show up in the hips and waist measurements, but I’m not too worried about it.
I also did all of my walking, which is a lot harder than I thought it would be! Not the physical aspect of walking, but the motivation to get my butt out of the door!
And side note, this is my 100th post!! woot woot!
