Week 9

weight: 146lbs (2lbs gained)

hips: 38in (.5 in gained)

waist: 32in (.5in gained)

goals:

45 minutes of wii (mon-wed-fri)

20 minutes of pilates (tues-thur-sat)

drink 2 litres of water a day

vegetarian night

no sweets.

Week 10

weight: 145lbs (1lb lost)

hips: 36.5in (1.5 in lost!)

waist: 32in

goals:

20 minutes of pilates everyday

drink 2 litres of water a day

vegetarian night.

This week I exercised every day.

(minus Monday, as I have mastitis, and I was in emerg getting drugs)

I did Pilates for Life: 20 Minute Pilates, Abs & Waist

I feel amazing.

1) I went to get my pump (from our bedroom) and this is what I found when I got back. He was saying “cheese” for me.

2) Ari is trying to roll over, hence the blurry picture.

3) I am so glad movember is over. He had a beard for a few month, and then shaved it off like this. joyous.

4. Teag didn’t know what to do with himself when he was given a sucker at a local restaurant.
