A room for Teag, not because he doesn’t have one, but because he wants his own room.
I honestly never thought this day would come, or at least not so soon. I thought I would be redecorating when he was 10 and needed space from his siblings.
NOT two and a half and itching for his own space. Which is slightly ironic, considering he ends up in our bed 90% of the time.
We have the space for him to have his own space, it is just a matter of re-arranging the office/spare room/play room and turning it into his very own room.
Truthfully, I am more nervous about how Arlo will do without Teag in the room with him. He does not handle Teag being away very well at all.
Anyway! Here are some pins that I am thinking of incorporating into his room somehow.

There are a few things that will be incorporated into his new room.
We have Rich’s childhood bunk beds that he will be getting, whether we use them as bunks or just as a double bed. I’m not sure yet.
I’m not sure if we will paint the room, or leave it the light blue that it already is.
I want to add pictures, paintings, wall hangings, and other trinkets to the walls.
He has specifically asked for “blow in da gark staws” (glow in the dark stars), bunk beds, and the huge bears to stay. (we have 2 giant stuffed bears that he likes to jump/wrestle/cuddle with)
Really make it his own space.

How did you make your kids rooms special for them? Have any blogs, ideas, tips, that could inspire me?
